''You look at her everyday, but don't you know that she's still human and not here?'' I asked as I saw the same man everyday.  He had blonde hair and wore clear glasses.  He had blue eyes that always seemed sorrowful.  I felt sorry for him, he was always so lonely.  He would watch a woman from high upon a cloud everyday wishing he'd be there for her.  He didn't turn back to answer me.  ''I'm sorry…'' I state.  ''If only there's something to make him feel better, I'd do that for him.  He seems so degraded everyday watching as she lives on earth while he can't see her.  I went to tap him on the shoulder and he suddenly looked back at me.  I began to think and finally I stated, ''you can go see her… you can tell her you're there… if you want to see her again, go to her…'' I encouraged him.  ''really?  You think I'd be able to do that?'' he asked; this was the first time I heard him speak.  ''Yeah… please, it kills me to see you like this.  Everyone has the chance to go back there.  Though, I don't think she'll be able to see you all that much, but you can still talk to her and see her if you want to-''
''That's all I need… I just want to be there for her… I want to watch her closer… closer… she's everything to me''

I pulled open the cloud a bit more and offered him a ride down.  ''I'm not going down with you, but I will keep watch of both of you.  I hope you feel better once you're down there… remember, she's not going to see you often; try not to scare her okay?  Oh yeah, I don't really know your name!  I'm Kathy nice to meet you…-''

''I'm Alfred F. Jones-dude!  You don't know how long I've waited for this!'' he seemed joyful at that moment.  ''Good luck!'' I called out to him.  I smiled as I saw him make his merry way down to earth.  ''he'll be happy with her, I know it'' I whispered to myself.  

As soon as he came down to earth.  He felt as though he were human.  He looked around and felt the sun beam on his skin.  ''Am I alive again?'' he asked himself.  Suddenly, he heard you walking up from behind him.  ''_________? There you are!'' he rushed up to give you a hug but you only went through him.  ''I guess it was too good too be true… '' even so, he was still happy to be a little bit closer to you.  He looked at your face and saw that you were sad.  He tried to speak to you, but you didn't hear him; you couldn't hear him.  

He followed you into your house passing through all the objects.  Even though he was a spirit, it all still seemed real.  You walked up the stairs and closed the door to your room.  You sat on the bed and sighed.  ''I miss him… a lot… there's nothing I wouldn't do without him…. And now he's gone… I'm not sure what I should do…I wish I could talk to him'' tears dropped from your eyes as you said those words.  ''You don't have to be sad… I'm here… I'm right next to you.  You should hear me, you should understand me!'' Alfred began to yell.  ''I'm right here!  I want to talk to you!  I'm right here, so answer me if you hear me!  I don't want you to feel this way… if only God gave me another chance, we wouldn't be here like this; separated.  Damn it!'' he screamed louder and louder until he began to tear up as well.  ''If only there's something I could do…'' I said feeling bad for the two of you.  Alfred came up to you and touched your face and whispered your name.  This time, you heard him, and felt his touch.  ''Alfred?'' you called out. ''Alfred, I know you're here… I want to speak to you… please speak to me again! Alfred, I love you! Don't ever leave me, okay?'' you yelled.  ''I won't ever leave you _______, I love you forever…'' was his reply.  ''I wonder if she'll ever see him… if only there was something I could do… something at all…'' I began to think hard about the situation, but still I thought of nothing.  I was just a 14 year old kid, who was I to fool; I couldn't help him.  I asked for God to help him, at least this once.  

''_________, I'm here… I'll never leave you…'' Alfred repeated.  Suddenly, you saw his figure appear before you.  ''Alfred? Is that you?'' you began to hear him speak.  You rushed up to give him a hug, but you couldn't hug him, he was just a spirit.   ''Oh Alfred…''you began to tear up again.  ''Why is it that we're apart? I thought you weren't going to leave me…. What happened to that?''

''Things happen… forgive me, I was stupid…'' Alfred walked up to you, and touched your arm.  You felt his touch; it was as if he were there in real life with you.  You touched to him until you quickly fell asleep.  He pulled the blanket over you and watched as you had tears fall down your cheeks.  You whispered his name, ''you're alive…'' you said happily.  He smiled at you and finally looked up at me and said, ''thank you… kid… if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here… thanks'' he was serious.  I laughed a little bit, for this time I wasn't called a dude.  

''You're welcome…'' I replied, even though I was sure he couldn't hear me.
